Reminders don’t arrive

  • In the app, open Settings and turn reminders on, then tap “Test notifications”.
  • On iPhone: Settings › Notifications › Sally’s Pet Tracker must allow notifications. A Focus or Sleep mode can silence them.
  • On Android: allow notifications for the app and, if you can, exclude it from battery optimisation. Battery saver can delay reminders by a few minutes.
  • Open the app every now and then: reminders are scheduled a week ahead.

Changing phones

The app has no account. Your data travels with your phone’s own backup: iCloud backup on iPhone, Google backup on Android. Restore the new phone from that backup and your pets come back.

Subscriptions

The app is free today. When Premium arrives, you’ll manage or cancel it from your App Store or Google Play account, and use “Restore purchases” in the app after changing phones.

No me llegan los recordatorios

  • En la app, abre Ajustes, activa los recordatorios y toca «Probar notificaciones».
  • En iPhone: Ajustes › Notificaciones › Sally’s Pet Tracker debe permitir notificaciones. Un modo Concentración o Sueño puede silenciarlas.
  • En Android: permite las notificaciones de la app y, si puedes, exclúyela de la optimización de batería. El ahorro de batería puede retrasar los avisos unos minutos.
  • Abre la app de vez en cuando: los recordatorios se programan con una semana de antelación.

Cambio de teléfono

La app no tiene cuenta. Tus datos viajan en el respaldo de tu teléfono: iCloud en iPhone, respaldo de Google en Android. Restaura el teléfono nuevo desde ese respaldo y tus mascotas vuelven.

Suscripciones

Hoy la app es gratis. Cuando llegue Premium, la administrarás o cancelarás desde tu cuenta del App Store o de Google Play, y usarás «Restaurar compras» en la app al cambiar de teléfono.
