Terms of Use

Sally’s Pet Tracker helps you keep track of your pets’ care. It is free to use, keeps your data on your device, and does not replace a veterinarian.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Software Toaster LLC (“we”, “us”) about your use of the Sally’s Pet Tracker app and this website. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

2. App store terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, your licence to use it is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA); these terms add to it and, where they conflict, the Standard EULA prevails. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or its support.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, its illustrations or its animations, except where the law allows it.

4. Your data

Everything you enter is stored on your device, not on our servers. You are responsible for your device and its backups. Our Privacy Policy explains what the app stores and what it never collects.

5. Not veterinary advice

Suggested rations, intervals, reminders and any reference values in the app are for general guidance only. The app does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it does not replace professional veterinary care. Always follow your veterinarian’s advice, and seek immediate veterinary help in an emergency. Medication doses and schedules are the ones you enter.

6. Reminders

Reminders are delivered by your phone’s operating system. Delivery can be delayed or blocked by device settings, Focus or Do Not Disturb modes, battery saving, or if you turn notifications off. Don’t rely on the app as your only reminder for time-critical care.

7. Price and future Premium subscriptions

The app is currently free and has no ads. We plan to offer optional Premium features. If you choose to subscribe:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Everyday care features (pets, meals, health and reminders) are not part of Premium.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue features of the app. We will update these terms when that affects you, and change the “Last updated” date above.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available, or that data stored on your device will never be lost.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Software Toaster LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

Sally’s Pet Tracker te ayuda a llevar el cuidado de tus mascotas. Es gratis, guarda tus datos en tu dispositivo y no sustituye al veterinario.

1. Acuerdo

Estos términos son un acuerdo entre tú y Software Toaster LLC («nosotros») sobre el uso de la app Sally’s Pet Tracker y de este sitio web. Al descargar o usar la app los aceptas. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la app.

2. Términos de las tiendas

Si descargaste la app del App Store de Apple, tu licencia de uso se rige por el Contrato de Licencia de Usuario Final estándar de Apple (Standard EULA); estos términos lo complementan y, si hay conflicto, prevalece el Standard EULA. Si la descargaste de Google Play, también aplican los términos de Google Play. Apple y Google no son parte de estos términos ni responsables de la app ni de su soporte.

3. Licencia

Te otorgamos una licencia personal, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la app en dispositivos que te pertenecen o controlas, para uso propio y no comercial. No puedes copiar, modificar, revender, aplicar ingeniería inversa ni redistribuir la app, sus ilustraciones o sus animaciones, salvo donde la ley lo permita.

4. Tus datos

Todo lo que ingresas se guarda en tu dispositivo, no en nuestros servidores. Eres responsable de tu dispositivo y de sus respaldos. Nuestra Política de privacidad explica qué guarda la app y qué no recopila nunca.

5. No es consejo veterinario

Las raciones sugeridas, intervalos, recordatorios y valores de referencia de la app son solo orientativos. La app no diagnostica, no trata ni prescribe, y no sustituye la atención veterinaria profesional. Sigue siempre la indicación de tu veterinario y busca ayuda veterinaria inmediata ante una emergencia. Las dosis y horarios de medicación son los que tú ingresas.

6. Recordatorios

Los recordatorios los entrega el sistema operativo de tu teléfono. Pueden retrasarse o bloquearse por la configuración del dispositivo, los modos Concentración o No molestar, el ahorro de batería o si desactivas las notificaciones. No dependas de la app como único recordatorio para cuidados urgentes.

7. Precio y futuras suscripciones Premium

La app es gratis y no tiene anuncios. Planeamos ofrecer funciones Premium opcionales. Si decides suscribirte:

  • El pago se cobra a tu Apple ID o a tu cuenta de Google Play al confirmar la compra.
  • La suscripción se renueva automáticamente al final de cada periodo (mensual o anual) al precio mostrado, salvo que desactives la renovación automática al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo.
  • Puedes administrar o cancelar la suscripción en los ajustes de tu cuenta del App Store o de Google Play. Borrar la app no la cancela.
  • Si se ofrece una prueba gratis, la parte no usada termina al comprar la suscripción.
  • Los reembolsos los gestionan Apple o Google según sus propias políticas.

Las funciones del cuidado diario (mascotas, comidas, salud y recordatorios) no forman parte de Premium.

8. Cambios y disponibilidad

Podemos actualizar, cambiar o retirar funciones de la app. Actualizaremos estos términos cuando eso te afecte y cambiaremos la fecha de «Última actualización».

9. Exención de garantías

La app se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad», sin garantías de ningún tipo, en la medida que permita la ley. No garantizamos que esté libre de errores o siempre disponible, ni que los datos guardados en tu dispositivo nunca se pierdan.

10. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida que permita la ley, Software Toaster LLC no es responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, ni de la pérdida de datos, derivados del uso de la app. Nada en estos términos limita los derechos que te otorgan las leyes de protección al consumidor que no pueden renunciarse.

11. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Wyoming, Estados Unidos, sin considerar sus normas de conflicto de leyes, salvo que la ley de tu país de residencia exija otra cosa.
